Hosting, maintenance, domain registration, email services, AI agents, integrations, and third-party tools are not included unless explicitly stated in the Client’s package.
2. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Provide accurate and complete information required for building the website, including text, images, branding assets, preferences, login credentials, and any other requested materials.

Premium and Professional plans that fall on a larger project than a landing page—including multi-page websites, advanced features, or custom functionalities—may require additional time. The exact timeline will depend on scope and the Client’s responsiveness.
The 3-day delivery window begins only after the Client has:
Completed the full onboarding form with all required information, or
Completed a Discovery Call where all needed details have been provided.
If the form or call is incomplete, missing content, or pending approvals, the delivery timeline will be adjusted accordingly.
Client delays, including slow responses or multiple rounds of feedback, may extend the timeline.
To maintain the 3-day delivery promise, the Client must provide all required content upfront. This includes, but is not limited to: brand guidelines, copy, images, and section-specific materials.
If the Client requests a Portfolio section, the Client is responsible for submitting:

Turbo is not responsible for delays caused by missing, unapproved, or ambiguous content, including time spent sourcing content from external platforms for approval.
Client delays, including missing materials, unclear instructions, or slow responses, will automatically extend the delivery timeline.
4. Portfolio Authorization
The Client expressly grants Turbo Websites the right to:

A hosting plan is not required to begin the design and development process. However, the Client must communicate their hosting decision—whether using Turbo Websites’ hosting or a third-party provider—within 24–48 hours after submitting the onboarding form.
Failure to confirm a hosting decision within this timeframe may delay final delivery, launch, or handoff of the website.
